Returns

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The issue is reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product remains unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a refund or replacement will be processed accordingly. Refunds are issued only for eligible orders that meet our return requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and beauty products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
